How do I deposit funds?+
In allowed regions, go to Wallet → Deposit Crypto. Send USDC, BTC, or LTC to the address shown. Balance updates after NOWPayments confirms the transaction.
Why can't I deposit in my region?+
US, GB, DE, and FR operate on the free-play track. You receive pts to compete on the leaderboard and can create nested markets — but real-money deposits are blocked by design.
What does UNMATCHED mean?+
Your position is waiting for a counterparty at the same stake on the opposite side. You can cancel and get a full refund before kickoff.
Can I create custom markets in my region?+
Yes. In restricted regions, open nested markets on scheduled fixtures using free-play points. In allowed regions, seed nested markets with a minimum $10 USD stake.
How is the 3% fee applied?+
Only on contested markets at settlement. It's deducted from the total matched pool before winners are paid. Uncontested markets have zero fees.
