Resolution guide
How we determine market outcomes, automate platform markets, and queue creator props for transparent admin review.
Public review queue
Creator-invented nested markets cannot be scraped automatically. When the parent fixture finishes, they appear here with the creator's stated resolution source until an admin verifies the outcome. Platform 1X2 markets settle automatically from live scores.

Resolution sources
Every market declares a resolution source at creation. Platform markets default to official FIFA match results synced via API-Football. Creator markets may specify custom sources visible on the market detail page.
Platform markets (1X2)
Full-time result markets offer three outcomes: home win, draw, or away win in regulation (90 minutes + stoppage time). Extra time and penalties are excluded unless explicitly stated in the market title. Scores are polled every five minutes from API-Football; when a fixture hits FINISHED, platform markets auto-settle through the weighted P2P engine.
Creator prop markets
Nested markets resolve based on the stated proposition — e.g. "Will Player X score in the first half?" uses the creator's published source. Admins manually choose YES or NO in the secure admin panel after checking that source.
Timeline
- Fixture status moves to FINISHED after official full-time signal.
- Platform markets auto-settle; creator markets enter the public review queue.
- Settlement engine distributes pool or issues refunds.
- User balances and bet statuses update to WON, LOST, or REFUNDED.
Disputes
If you believe a market resolved incorrectly, email [email protected] within 48 hours of settlement with the market ID and evidence. We review against the published resolution source.
