PolyPray is a peer-to-peer prediction marketplacebuilt around World Cup football. Fans take positions on match outcomes and custom props — not against a house, but against each other. When you buy YES on "Will Mexico win?", your stake joins a transparent pool; if Mexico wins, you earn a proportional share of the pool after settlement.

There are no hidden lines, no vig baked into quotes, and no bookmaker balancing risk on the other side. The marketplace is the crowd.

1. Browse fixtures. Each parent market is a World Cup match with platform markets (match result, totals, etc.) and optional creator-invented nested props from other fans.
2. Read the order book. See exactly how much volume sits on YES, NO, HOME, DRAW, or AWAY. Implied percentages update in real time over WebSocket — no login required to view.
3. Place your position.Pick a side and stake an amount in your track's currency (USD or free-play points). Your balance locks until settlement or cancellation.
4. Join the conversation. Every fixture has live match chat so fans can discuss lineups, momentum, and reads — engagement happens where the action is.
5. Kickoff locks new entries. Once the match goes LIVE, new positions cannot be placed. Open positions can be cancelled before kickoff where rules allow.
6. Settlement at full time.When the fixture finishes, markets resolve. Weighted matching determines how much of each side's capital was "active," winners split the pool, and unmatched capital refunds.

Traditional P2P designs force exact stake matching: $50 on YES only pairs with $50 on NO. PolyPray uses post-closure proportional weighted settlement instead.

At resolution, the system looks at total volume on each outcome and applies target weights derived from the live order book. Capital on each side is scaled to the tightest feasible overlap (the matching ratio k), producing an active pool. Winners on the correct outcome receive a share of that pool proportional to their active stake; the remainder of any bet refunds to you.

If only one side has volume, everyone gets a full refund — the market was uncontested and no fee applies. This is fair, deterministic, and fully calculable from public volume data before you ever place a bet.

Your session runs on the free-play track. You compete with points on a dedicated leaderboard — no deposits or withdrawals. You can still browse every market, chat on fixtures, and create nested markets on scheduled fixtures.
